"I called this company because there was a water stain on the ceiling of my bathroom. I got an answer pretty quickly, and they came to look the next day. They quickly told us what the plan was and how much it would cost. A roofing crew had to fix a vent that was broken and reseal all the vents on the roof. It also meant fixing and painting the walls and ceiling of the master bathroom.
I liked that they were quick to answer my questions and get the job done. When I called in the middle of the week, everything was fixed in a few days. They also gave a warranty and showed pictures of the roof. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs water stains or leaks in the ceiling to be quickly looked into and fixed."

"I can not even get started on telling you how great they are. I have been waiting for two companies to call me, but as soon as I gave JT my number, they called me. He told me what they could do, guessed what was wrong, and then FaceTimed me to help me find the leak. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and understanding, and unlike the first company, he did not try to sell me too much. I had an appointment with another company, but when I talked to the guy on the phone, I got a bad feeling and did not think I could trust him.

Well, JT made me feel so good that I would tell anyone to hire them. I even tried to give him a tip through Venmo for his help, but he said no. Just told him how happy I was and that the fact that he helped me was enough payment for the day.

I could tell he really enjoys what he does by how excited he sounded as I learned new things. This kind of customer service and willingness to help is SO rare these days.

"I am so glad that PB Water Damage Restoration was recommended to me. After getting multiple quotes from big-name companies, I talked to JT. His quote was the most honest and fair, and he gave me the best deal overall. He told me exactly what I did and did not need, which none of the others did.
